Seven years ago, I embarked on a journey filled with curiosity, ambition, and a passion for technology. I began working with various Chinese and Indian web developers to create and promote websites that reflected our shared vision of creativity and innovation.

However, like all journeys, mine was full of obstacles and twists and turns. I quickly realized that despite great ideas and goals, my process and team structure needed to evolve in order to truly realize my vision. The diversity of my early collaborations sometimes led to inconsistencies in quality and a lack of shared values.

This realization led me to a turning point in my journey. I took a step back and decided to rework our entire business process for creating and promoting websites. I spent months analyzing, developing a strategy, and, most importantly, figuring out what I wanted to represent as a brand.

The breakthrough came when I decided to rebuild our team, abandoning a fragmented approach and focusing on finding like-minded people who shared my dedication and enthusiasm. My priority shifted from simply making money to finding people who were willing to do really good work. I wanted my work to reflect quality, integrity, and creativity.
