Seven years ago, my wife, Lisnic Iulia, and I embarked on a journey filled with curiosity, ambition, and a passion for technology. We started working with various Chinese and Indian web developers to build and promote websites that reflected our shared vision of creativity and innovation.

However, like all journeys, ours had its fair share of bumps and curves. We quickly realized that while we had great ideas and goals, our process and team structure needed to evolve to realize our vision truly. The diversity of our early collaborations sometimes led to inconsistencies in quality and a lack of shared values.

This realization led us to a turning point in our journey. We took a step back and decided to redesign our entire business process of creating and promoting websites. Iulia and I spent months analyzing, strategizing, and, most importantly, understanding what we wanted to represent as a brand.

The breakthrough came when we decided to revamp our team, moving away from the scattered approach and focusing on finding like-minded people who shared our dedication and passion. Our priority shifted from merely making money to finding those who were committed to doing a genuinely good job. We wanted our work to reflect quality, integrity, and creativity.

Now, we are proud to say that our new team consists of individuals who not only excel in their fields but also believe in the values we uphold.
